Common/Daggerfall Tileset

OK. Since this is going to be my biggest task before anything really lifts off I thought I had better make a post showing all my intentions.

As a very important tileset I think it's essential to have a huge amount of variety. By this i mean lots of building variations and lots of misc objects for the exterior of the city.

This tileset may be retextured and used for Camlorn also. Camlorn and Daggerfall may just use the same set. (To be decided upon)

Buildings with lots of variations (Elaboration soon)

Misc Objects
Pavements
Chimney's
House steps
Lamp posts
Cellar doors
Hanging Signs
signpost hanging frame
Awnings
Fences
Market Stalls
Hedges
balcony

Well I said I would update this post...

So, here's what the common tile set is looking like so far.

I'm not 100% decided on how to do the windows. Definitely needs a few more window models.







This tileset will only be used in Daggerfall and Camlorn. Maybe also some of the towns in between.

Still lots to model for creating a varied look

I'd love to see how a Daggerfall set-up would look. Can't wait to see some more. Also good luck on reviving this project, I hope it works out.

Is there supposed to be a pic for pavements. All i'm getting is what looks like a not allowed sign.

Yeah ive removed the screenshot for now. I'm going to update the first post when I've got a good collection of items going on. Instead of just one at a time.

This looks great. The hatch like windows look good. But for variation sake it will need some more versions. Keep it up.

Been meaning to get round to adding more variations. I plan to make wider ones and whatever. Different opening's and such.

Work has slowed down a bit recently due to new OS and other more important work. But I plan to finish off this tile set including interiors soon.
